I'd love to hear from you. Whether you're interested in a workshop, planning a private event, exploring a school partnership, or looking for the right creative experience for your child, send a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Workshops currently take place at Local Familial, a warm community space near Parc La Fontaine. Full venue details are included with every booking.
Tell me a little about what you're looking for.
Most questions already have answers.
Schedule, pricing, what to bring, snacks and allergies, sibling discounts, late arrivals, language — common questions are answered on the children's workshops page.
Read the FAQ →The fine print, in plain language.
I keep these short, clear, and human. Full versions are below. If anything is unclear, write — I'll explain in person.
Privacy
I collect only what I need to run workshops: your name, your email, and what you share when booking or writing in. Booking and payment data are handled by Calendly and Stripe under their own privacy policies. Email signups are stored in ConvertKit. I never sell or rent contact data. Photographs taken during workshops are only used publicly with explicit written parental consent — I ask in writing, never assume. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@atelierbegum.ca.
Cancellation & refunds
- More than 72 hours before: full refund or credit toward a future Sunday — your choice.
- Less than 72 hours: I'll move you to another date when possible. If no transfer works, the fee is non-refundable.
- Illness, same-day: write or call — I'll always try to find another Sunday at no extra cost.
- Workshops cancelled by the studio: automatic full refund, no questions. Weather closures, illness on my side, exceptional circumstances.
- Six-week program: a missed Sunday can be made up at the next available date for the equivalent age group.
Liability & safety
Workshops are supervised at all times. Materials are age-appropriate and non-toxic. I keep a first-aid kit on site. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian outside official workshop start and end times.
Parents fill in a short consent and emergency-contact form before the first workshop — including allergies, medical notes, and photo preferences. I follow them carefully. Atelier Begüm carries appropriate civil-liability insurance for activities held at the studio and at partner venues.
Photos & image consent
I sometimes photograph workshops to show families what their children are creating and to share the studio's work. No photograph of any child appears on the website, social media, or any other public surface without explicit, written, opt-in consent from a parent or guardian. Saying no has zero effect on participation. You can change your mind at any time and I'll remove existing images on request.
